I have been a customer more than 10 years and wouldn’t think about changing. Great Lakes does an excellent job. The employees are very courteous and meticulous. It is without hesitation or reservation that I highly recommend Great Lakes Windows.

The customer service at Great Lakes Window Cleaning is GREAT. John is one of the usual workers that comes and cleans J2 Tanning’s windows, and they are always sparkling!! Thanks again for always making our windows crystal clear!

We have used James and GLWC to handle all of our business’s window cleaning needs. James is courteous, professional and takes the time to take care of the small details that many others would miss. We will certainly be using GLWC for our long-term window cleaning needs.

Our property management company has partnered for several years with GLWC to routinely clean windows in several high rise office buildings in downtown Lansing. Quality of work is outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs of our tenants. Lupe, Kyle and Dan make a great team and I’m always happy to see them on site!

We have enjoyed clean windows for a number of years now. Great way to spoil yourself. Friendly, efficient workers and timely reminders of upcoming appointments. Very flexible with timing. Just a great overall experience. Highly recommend.
